Charleston Wine and Food Festival - Charleston, SC

March 4-8, 2015

This will be our second year at this festival and we’re definitely going to up the ante! Join us at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 5 as we participate in the Cross Culture BBQ event sponsored by Southern Living, Firefly Distillery and JEAR Logistics.  You can expect finger-licking collaborations that span the barbecue spectrum as us pitmasters are teamed up with chefs to cook up grilled and smoked delicacies. We’re thrilled to be paired with the very talented Kelly English of Restaurant Iris in Memphis, TN.  Local beers and Firefly cocktails will round the meal out and live music from Pierce Edens, Susto and Cranford Hollow will keep the party going into the night. We’ll be sticking around through Saturday, March 27 to give a grilling demo at The Culinary Village’s Third Space tent at 4:30 p.m. For more information, please visit  http://charlestonwineandfood.com/events/cross-culture-bbq/
